kazz ema website launch

With the dawn of a new year, kazz electronic music agency celebrates more than 16 years experience in the dance music business with the launch of its new website.

Who is kazz_ema?

The journey leading to kazz_ema started back in 1994 with event promotion in Belgium.  Just a few years later, the man behind kazz, Toon Janssens, took his first steps in to the world of artist bookings, working for Belgian techno artist Marco Bailey.  For the 2001 edition of I Love Techno, Peter Decuypere (founder 55, Fuse, I Love Techno) recruited Toon for the promotion & artist reception division.

There are some things in life that just make sense and Toon’s love & flair for music management was one of them, sparking him to launch kazz_ema, his own booking agency in 2002.  Originally founded to represent Belgium artists, it quickly evolved to be a representational hub for a stream of international techno & house artists.

Following a co-operation in 2010 with Planet Gong Productions (Amsterdam) to provide an inhouse booking agency, kazz_ema is now back in Belgium with Toon dedicating his personal experience and expertise to manage a select group of international artists.  Leveraging a powerful network of global contacts, Toon’s a firm believer that no ambition is too great for his artists – which is why he offers a worldwide platform for them to share and express their musical creativity.  He knows the importance  of collaboration with his artists for strategic career decisions as well as specifics related to tour, release and press activities. On the flip, he promises the club circuit a reliable partnership to achieve a win-win situation.

At the heart of kazz_ema are the fine select group of artists:

2000 and One – Anton Pieete – Bart Skils – Clara Moto – David Labeij – Deetron – District One – DJ Madskillz – Julien Chaptal – Kabale und Liebe – Lauhaus – Oxia – Polder – Rone – Shinedoe
